About the Role:

The Team: Our team is dedicated to the design and development of innovative software solutions for a leading global trade platform. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of engineers and cross-functional teams to create high-quality products that meet user needs. You will work with modern technologies and contribute to the architecture of data-driven applications.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages growth and excellence.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of software solutions using C# and TypeScript, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption to enhance product offerings and team capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving project goals.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5+ years in C# and TypeScript.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and practices, with experience in project management.
• Extensive experience working with cloud services, particularly AWS, and familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake and Redshift.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture and design principles, along with experience in implementing scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
