If you have a deep understanding of business and technology, excel at conceptualizing data frameworks, are keen to be part of realizing the value of data and information, and are adept at senior-level client engagement, we want you on our team.<br/><strong><br/>What We’re Looking For:<br/></strong><br/>  •  Expertise in Information Modeling: You possess extensive experience in designing and implementing information models that support complex business processes and system implementations.<br/>  •  Technical Proficiency: Your background includes working with various modeling standards and technologies, with the ability to apply these in creating scalable and robust architectures.<br/>  •  Strategic Problem Solver: You can identify underlying business needs and design information models that effectively address these challenges through innovative technological solutions.<br/>  •  Client Engagement: You have a proven track record of managing dialogue with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing technical guidance and solutions.<br/><strong><br/>What We Offer:</strong><br/><br/>  •  Innovative Culture: An entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude in a non-hierarchical, autonomous team environment.<br/>  •  Varied Projects and Competencies: Opportunity to be part of diverse teams and projects, offering coaching from mentors and senior staff, including the CEO and Business Unit Heads.<br/>  •  Unique Offering: Work with some of Sweden’s largest manufacturing companies, influencing significant projects through our unique combination of services and products.<br/><strong><br/>Your Role:</strong><br/><br/>  •  Model Development and Specification: Develop and communicate comprehensive information models that serve as blueprints for project implementation.<br/>  •  Architecture Design: Design and oversee the architecture of information systems that align with client business strategies.<br/>  •  Collaboration: Work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure that the models and architectures developed meet all functional and technical requirements.<br/><strong><br/>About You:</strong><br/><br/>  •  Proven Modeling Experience: You have a solid background in enterprise-, information or solution architecture or information modeling.<br/>  •  Communication Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.<br/>  •  Analytical and Creative Thinking: You are known for your analytical skills and your ability to think creatively to solve problems.<br/>  •  Educational Background: A Master of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not a must.
