Summary
Assists in preparing, packaging, delivering and charging of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent; accredited training in sterile products preparation.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Pharmacy experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Two years hospital experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy Registration and IV Admixture Certification
