Description

In this position, you will deliver data-driven and user-friendly solutions supporting Demand Management, Marketing, Sales and peripheral teams leveraging innovative system and process design.  Your work will require interaction with many different groups across the organization.  The resulting impact of your work should help increase the efficiency of our business processes and improve the availability of critical business management data. You will work with custom solutions, established software systems, and external data to produce the optimal answer to questions posed from all levels within Skyworks.  The ideal candidate has an eye for efficiency, an ease of communication, and a knack for productivity, and will easily use all of these to make a positive impact at Skyworks. 

Responsibilities

• Support our Marketing team with Reports, Dashboards and Models to enhance efficiency and drive effective business processes
• Research of External Market data to help with evaluation of competitors, partners and customers and their business metrics
• Assist Marketing Teams with Forecasting and Business Management Metrics and establish regular reviews of their data
• Develop and Manage Data Integrity Solutions that Provide Constant Checks, Resolution, and Process Enhancement for Master Data and Financial Metrics.
• Manage and Maintain Customer and Material Attributes to Continuously Align with Business Structure and Priorities

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science or a relevant field; Master’s in similar field preferred
• 5+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry or other highly technical industry
• Experience creating reports in Business Intelligence Systems (Power BI preferred)
• Familiar with Planning Processes within a Manufacturing Business
• Demonstrated understanding of High-Level Market Modeling and Long-Term Business Planning
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, with technical resources as well as non-technical users and management
• Willingness to embrace uncertainty and drive to learn new concepts and ideas
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated across multiple years and projects
• Comfortable working on a diverse, multi-site team

Desired Experience and Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (e.g., Teams, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Familiarity with data modeling and data analytics, preferably with knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Knime or similar data ETL tools

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $89,100 - $172,100 per year
