WHO ARE WE?
Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California’s most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. We implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans’ services, and health care sectors.

WHAT IS A DEPUTY CHIEF PROGRAM OFFICER, PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT?
Brilliant Corners is seeking a highly motivated and visionary Deputy Chief Program Officer of Program Development to co-lead our state-wide Housing Services Department. In this crucial role, you will lead our efforts in standardizing and enhancing program delivery across our extensive state-wide footprint, with a particular focus on five key areas: Client Experience, Staff Experience, Program Policy, Program Evaluation, and Quality Assurance.
You’ll lead a diverse team spread across the state, driving improvements in these vital domains. Your influence will extend to managing and growing the support staff under your purview, which includes designing new roles and welcoming new leadership to ensure the sustainability of your initiatives.
Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your role, and you will work closely with your counterpart, the Deputy Chief Program Officer of Program Operations. Together, you will engage in strategic work planning and vision-setting for the Department, jointly determining its priorities and direction.
An essential aspect of your work will involve bridging gaps between different regions within our organization. Your goal will be to shift from a fragmented regional approach to a more cohesive, statewide strategy.
All your efforts will be closely aligned with the integration of a racial equity framework, consistent with Brilliant Corners' ongoing commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. - Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance initiatives, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
