We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Training and Education Specialist, focusing on Pain Interventions Medical Education and Sales Training.  This position will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of Pain Interventions education and training courses.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Complete faculty contracting, payments and honoraria letters for Pain Interventions Society symposia, Exec AdBoards and select Med Ed and Sales Training courses

  • Order demo product and other needed supplies for med ed, sales training and third-party events

  • Complete PO requests and follow them through the process

  • Work in all systems that align to Society Conferences, Med Ed and Sales Training, including but not limited to the Teams, PCI, AMP, Smartsheet, salesforce.com and MedReview

  • Ensures education programs meet company and customer objectives

  • Effectively communicate with various audience types including but not limited to medical education, sales training, marketing, regulatory, clinical, engineering, patient and technical services, and field marketing managers

  • Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable.  Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work

  • Work collaboratively with the sales training and medical education partners across Pain Interventions to develop new processes, quality standards and increase efficiency of the team.

  • On-site support for large Medical Education events, including but not limited to Summits and larger society meetings

  • Program management for Pain Interventions webinar series

  • Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Exhibit strong time management and project management skills.

  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

  • Ensures all activities are compliant with Quality System requirements.

  • Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Travel requirement: <10%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years experience).

Nice to Have

  • Medical Industry experience preferred

  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated to make recommendations and initiate assignments that will improve business processes

  • Flexible work hours to support Medical Education and Sales Training, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
