Senior Medical Assistant - Radiosurgery Center

We’re thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Medical Assistant to join our exceptional team—a collaborative group dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, noninvasive care for patients using a Gamma Knife.

In this nontraditional MA role, you’ll take the lead in coordinating a wide range of patient care services with autonomy and precision. From scheduling new patients and treatments to managing referrals, authorizations, and medical records, your organizational skills and compassion will be key to ensuring a seamless experience for patients and families.

Required Qualifications: 

• Coursework/Training - Graduate of certified medical assistant program
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year of medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting required (i.e. physician’s office, scheduler, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with emphasis in Health Care
• Experienced in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations
• Experience with Epic

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
