The Field Marketing Manager is a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for food, beverage, hospitality, and marketing. This role is responsible for driving the business forward through exemplary marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs. This individual will have the ability to think both creatively and strategically, while developing innovative, exciting, experience-driven solutions which continue to improve our premier program, and drive profitability.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans, new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, both internal and external to develop signage and marketing collateral for multiple locations (cafes, coffee, catering, markets)
- Work closely with culinary, catering, and operations teams to deliver a top class experience for clients and account guests
- Develop communication plans using a multi-channel approach: digital, social, media boards, physical signage, internal client communication channels, etc
- Assist sites with signage, smallwares, and merchandising as needed.
- Partner with account leadership and under lead marketing manager’s direction to support specific needs that drive measurable results across the portfolio
- Responsible for communications around the portfolio through recaps, photo slide decks, articles/newsletters etc.
- Conduct team trainings for respective programming and marketing initiatives and be able to effectively communicate expectations and guide operators on how to execute programs for rollout.
- Protect the integrity of the client brand and all local concept and company brands
- Operate within a marketing budget, in alignment with client KPI’s and portfolio budget.
- Build relationships with clients, organization department heads and other key stakeholders
- Experienced in graphic design and creating marketing collateral primarily via Canva
- This role is required to be in-office 5 days per week, and may involve travel as business needs arise

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing or food service management experience, with a proven record of success and effective performance.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or hospitality management is highly preferred.
