About the role

Job Overview

The Additive Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of all programs across the Additive Manufactured portfolio. This role involves analyzing program performance, identifying risks, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within budget. The Additive Program Analyst will work closely with Sr Director, Program Managers, stakeholders, and team members to gather data, track orders and timelines, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve program outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and analyze all Additive Program's reporting and key parameter's structure.
  • Provide centralized control and visibility across financial, material, reporting and program functions.
  • Assist PMs with Proposals, White Papers, and Technical Information in accordance with guidelines.
  • Analyze and improve efficiency and reporting across all additive programs.
  • Assist Growth during Customer visits to a TS location.
  • Assist other PMs as workload allows.
  • Monitor program progress and performance against the program plan.
  • Ensure that all program documentation is stored and organized according to PMO standards.
  • Support the development and improvement of program management processes and tools.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education / Certifications

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Desired)

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in analyzing programs or a related role preferred.
  • Experience with program management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) is preferred.

Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance (Upgradable to Top Secret/SCI) U.S. Citizenship required.
