Quality Coordinator

As a Quality Coordinator, you will coordinate and administer the quality program. This position will be based at our Talladega, AL location.

Every day as a Quality Coordinator, you will...

• Collaborate to develop, enforce and implement quality procedures

• Coach, train, and assist in developing corrective actions and solving problems
• Investigate quality issues to identify root causes, and ensure issues are addressed and resolved
• Conduct compliance audits to recognize performance and identify areas of improvement
• Maintain calibrations of measuring devices
• Develop recommendations to strengthen our quality management system
• Support other projects as needed
