WAGO Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to ensure the satisfaction of WAGO and its customers by overseeing the daily operations of individual projects. This includes all projects related to WAGO, compiling data to assess project progress, and coordinating with management and external sales on the status of each project.

Experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three years’ experience in project or product management
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal management, engineers, and external sales managers
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Define and document project scope, objectives and desired outcome
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
• Lead cross-functional team without direct reporting structure throughout the entire development process
• Act as a liaison between management, engineering teams, and external sales managers to align project goals
• Work with external sales managers to gather project requirements and address client concerns
• Estimate resource requirements, acquire them effectively, and manage them efficiently
• Provide project updates to stakeholders as per demand and requirement
• Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation
• Propose and implement best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Undertake risk management to minimize potential risks
• Use the right tools and techniques for easier project management
• Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget
• Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution
• Projects include Production, Product, and Customer requests
• Up to 10% travel
