Senior Manager Facilities Warehouse

YOUR MISSION

• Construction management support in terms of new buildings, reconstruction, expansion as well as technical facilities
• Coordination and engagement of external companies and maintenance companies (project management of internal and external employees under consideration of construction schedules)
• Planning and participation of internal audits
• Common development of new technical structures, to force corporate steering from headquarter Herzogenaurach and establish overall warehouse structure
• Active support in creating and implementing CAFM systems for warehouses.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelors’ degree in facilities management or relatable qualifications and experience, e.g. civil and structural engineering / building technology and / or supply engineering
• Minimum of 10 years’ of experience in a similar role with experience in facility operations & management
• Strong understanding of regulations and standards related to facility management and construction works (VOB, VDE, DIN-Normen)
• Proven experience in developing and implementing plans and strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Teamplayer.
