What will your day be like? 

  • Work with our Product Strategy team to craft end-to-end product roadmaps for clients
  • Quickly understand business issues and challenges of the client’s organization and industry
  • Contribute in the conducting of market and competitor research to support the exploration of new opportunity spaces and product ideas
  • Prepare our teams for customer interviews; capture and synthesize interview insights
  • Maintain Agile process and ceremonies, implementation plans, manage project issues and ensure project tasks are completed
  • Contribute to defining business and data requirements and prioritize features for new product initiatives
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and manage backlog
  • Own day-today communications with cross-functional teams, clarifying requirements and driving user stories / defect resolution 
  • Support the go-to-market strategy of new product launches by conducting pricing exercises and other analyses
  • Lead meetings and presentations with senior client teams; internal and client product demos and training sessions

What are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, or equivalent combination of experience with comparable knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Experience in a fast-paced digital product development environment
  • Experience with B2B digital products preferred
  • Background or experience working with product managers, product owners, strategy, design and development teams
  • Experience utilizing data to drive data driven decision making
  • Experience in client services and delivering to external clients
  • Excellent documentation skills, including tailoring documentation to different audiences as appropriate
  • Experience with Agile Framework
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Experience using techniques like cost-benefit analysis and hypothesis testing for feature prioritization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google productivity applications
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of software engineering concepts
  • Proficiency in work tracking software such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, etc
  • Experience facilitating quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to create conceptual solutions that are technically feasible

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
