The position will entail the following:

• Perform Product Cost Engineering (PCE)functions as necessary such as “should costing”, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Cost (DFC), as well as visiting suppliers (25% of time)

• Managing PCE cost reduction projects based on expertise and availability (25% of time)

• Perform technical analysis from internal programs (SAP / MCM / Aribia) to identify potential projects / part numbers that could have cost reduction opportunities (50% of time)

Requirements:

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

• Able to solve problems creatively and analytically with a strong attention to detail

• Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results-driven culture

• Self-starter who takes initiative

• An appetite in growing a career in the semiconductor industry

• Legally authorized to work in US without future sponsorship

U.S. Salary Range:

$64,000.00 - $88,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
