JOB TITLE: Data Clerk (DD)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Data Clerk in Herndon, Va. One will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, Invoicing, timekeeping and assist with budgeting. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input Work Orders
• Involvement with Procurement in providing documentation and follow-up (Tracking).
• Assist and/or cover Administrative Assistant
• Attending meetings with Client and USG.
• Filing, receptionist and updating site information

Qualifications:  

• Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry.
• Ability to type up to 40wpm.
• Familiarity with Microsoft word and excel
• Able to obtain and Maintain  a TS clearance with SCI eligibility

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Prolonged sitting.
