Personal Health Care is one of the fastest growing businesses in P&G with a diverse and expanding portfolio of brands, products, and packages that meet consumers’ healthcare needs. Our Hubsite is a newly created group where the R&D development and pilot scale are co-located with the new gummy manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC.   

The primary role for this position will be a process and formulation technical leader to deliver new Stream 1 and Stream 2 gummy initiatives across multiple brands. The role will be responsible for the development of a new gummy chassis and scaling the formula up from bench scale to the pilot scale to the commercial line. Successful candidates should have a strong foundational process/formula understanding, can perform integrative work, solve technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills, and collaborate effectively with multi-functional partners. The role will offer a chance to grow your skills from initial design through scale-up and launch in a high visibility environment. 

Job Qualifications

• Prefer an experienced candidate with prior work in Process and/or Formulation.  

• Mastery of initiative delivery work processes (Experimental trials, Qualifications & Validations) to execute projects.

• Track record of successful execution of development delivery in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Hands on approach to plan and execute technical tasks and methods to meet project needs, solve challenging problems, increase technical understanding, and drive productivity.

• Ability to collaborate across the organization.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Ability to share project updates, write learning plans and summaries, articulate key learnings and recommendations, influence decisions needed by team/management, and communicate risks and status appropriately.

• Track record of self-motivation and accountability.
