Overview:

We are seeking dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our install team. We primarily perform residential solar installations. No prior experience is required—we provide all the training and tools you need to succeed. This is an entry-level position with significant opportunities for advancement. While solar experience is not required, candidates must have good coordination, basic tool knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble racking and solar arrays.
• Install roof-mounted solar systems.
• Properly seal all roof penetrations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Works well in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting $20 per hour
