The Maintenance Renewal Analyst (MRA) is responsible for enhancing sales processes by evaluating and organizing data between clients and OEM/Vendor to help optimize business outcomes.
The MRA develops and maintains strong pre and post-sales contact with maintenance vendors in order to facilitate positive and productive long-term relationships. Quickly resolves issues/problems through independent thinking and by making judgment calls based on interactions/experience with vendors.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by providing internal support; resolving concerns and issues.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret data from OEM and Client to develop and present solution.
- Maintain, implement and ensure data accuracy within ERP (Salesforce) and external systems utilized internally to Ahead and customer facing.
- Translate business requirements into specification that are used to implement required reports and dashboards, create from potentially multiple data source.
- Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash – identify account requests and coordinate/ manage internal support team resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work independently with maintenance vendors to address questions/issues and provide timely solutions; engage with internal/external support team on resolution
- Assist in structuring deals with Account Managers. Prepare customer pricing and proposals for maintenance renewals using the parameters set by assigned Account Managers
- Work to develop vendor relationships in order to gain improved communication, increased discounts, and fast turnaround on registration/special pricing requests
- Provide ‘value-add’ services to maintenance customers as requested (SN# swap, site/address change, maintenance schedules, contract summary reports.)
- Receive, track, and import renewal data into renewal database
- Error check completed renewals
- Proactively quote upcoming renewals and provide accurate visibility into current quarters renewal opportunities
- Measuring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales goal vs. plan and forecast
- Analyzing market trends
- Producing and maintaining standard sales reports
- Presenting and distributing data interpretations
- Evaluating the work performance of Client Directors
- Making recommendations to the Client Ops, Sales, Sales/Executive Leadership and Marketing Teams
- Embrace new and existing technology to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiency
- Entering information into Salesforce, Clari, and other tools as necessary
- Maintain an active understanding of the sales enablement, engagement, and selling processes
- Create, update, maintain new and existing policies and procedures to improve process and achieve scale
- Other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years of Maintenance Support preferred – in the Technology Industry is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in excel with the knowledge & ability to run pivot tables and write formulas.
- Open to various backgrounds
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to work with and easily calculate margin percentages using cost+, list-, and flat GPM% models.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
- Independent self-starter, effective team player with creative problem-solving skills to help the organization achieve its earnings objectives
- History of working in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment required, working effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate needs
- Ability to instantly build rapport
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external clients
