Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban oasis nestled in the residential side of Brickell surrounded by Miami’s favorite neighborhoods. The Opportunity

• Supervise the day to day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.
• Prevent situations that could jeopardize the reputation of the hotel.
• Investigate crimes committed against the hotel, guests, and employees.
• Document all incidents occurring in the hotel in connection with crime, acts of terrorism, potential liabilities and insurance requirements.  And in documenting such activities remain objective, and write a comprehensive report.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills　

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Previous administration of persons in lifesaving or property protection situations.
• Experienced in CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
• Previous police or security experience.
