Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy

• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Assist in onboarding new clients and providing support throughout the account lifecycle

• Monitor account status, track changes, and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or account management
