CommScope's Access Networking Solutions BU is hiring for Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Account representative to join our team.

As a Customer Account Rep, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing administrative support for our ANS business segment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, customers, and distributors to ensure a high-quality, reliable customer experience.

 

As the initial point of contact with customers, you must be dedicated to efficiently resolving their queries and ensuring complete satisfaction. You are committed to exceeding customer expectations, maintaining a strong work ethic, and being a collaborative team player
 

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing orders from start to finish, addressing account queries with strategic problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, educating customers about our portal, overseeing backlog and shipments, and attending virtual customer meetings.

 

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field, sales, or account management, etc.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must.
• Candidates must live in Eastern Standard Time zone.  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Strong customer management skills, including active listening and adaptability to different customer needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Expertise with MS Office and proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as formulas, V lookups, pivot tables, and charts.
• Willingness to learn.

 

You'll excite us if you have:

• Exposure to SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, B2B customer support experience.

The selected candidate must be willing and able to work on-site at any of our CommScope office locations as needed.

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $52,600-$64,400.
