Senior Unity Developer (C#)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our dynamic team, focused on creating a cutting-edge social sports mobile application. As a Senior Unity Developer your contributions will be vital in developing features that power our innovative services.

Your responsibilities will include developing IAP and analytics related features primarily in C#, with occasional use of native programming skills. You will collaborate closely with the product development team and cross-functional teams to implement and maintain features that enhance the user experience for golfers worldwide.

To excel in this role, you must be able to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in feature development, code reviews, and design meetings to share engineering expertise and design knowledge across the teams.
• Maintain and improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Develop and manage in-app purchases related features and integrations.
• Maintain and improve technical best practices in development.
• Continually develop your skills and apply the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, game development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of professional experience in Unity development for iOS and Android on a live product.
• Solid knowledge and practical skills on in-app purchases, paywalls and analytics.
• Great problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong in C#, and deep understanding of the Unity engine's functionality and capabilities and limitations of mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with native programming languages such as Kotlin or Swift.
• Skills in performance optimisation and profiling for mobile applications. 
• Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Fluent Finnish or English language is essential for effective success in the job.

Considered as an advantage

• Experience with in-app subscription models and 3rd party management services.
• Experience in social or sports mobile application development.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages like C/C++.
