KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop 24-month sales forecasts using trend and demand analysis

• Drive the monthly EMEA Milwaukee NPI reviews

• Facilitate cross-functional demand reviews, ensuring alignment and documenting risks/mitigations

• Communicate forecasts and insights to management

• Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy

• Analysing sales, inventory, and profitability and making recommendations to key stakeholders in order to manage Milwaukee portfolio and maximize profitability

• Collaborate with Milwaukee Supply Teams on PSI planning by key vendor

• Support Supply Chain & IT in delivering training on tools and processes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Extend experience in Demand Planning

• Solid knowledge of S&OP processes

• Experience in working with Supply Chain systems as a Key User

• Proven experience in cross-functional project teams

• Confident in presenting to senior leadership

• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
