The Sr. Revenue Operations Program Manager will drive key initiatives and elevate our operational excellence. This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll partner with Sales & Success leadership to deliver high-impact projects. You'll set best practices for project delivery, mentor others, and directly lead diverse initiatives from start to finish. As a Revenue Operations Program Manager, you'll be the engine behind our strategic projects. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Own large projects from start to finish, defining scope, creating detailed project plans, and managing timelines, including enterprise-wide transformation programs and tactical initiatives, adapting to the scale and needs of each project. Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate efforts across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Collaboration with Delivery Leaders: Partner closely with delivery leaders across the team to ensure effective portfolio management and project execution. While you will help drive portfolio visibility and lead large projects, delivery leaders will remain actively involved in execution and decision-making. Foster strong, collaborative relationships to align on priorities, share insights, and collectively resolve challenges across the project lifecycle.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, managing expectations and driving alignment through clear communication and change management.

  • Execution & Oversight: Oversee project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage issues to keep things on track.

  • Process Improvement: Help establish and refine our project and program delivery framework, and mentor others in project management best practices.
