Director, Project Management

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Director, Project Management provides strategic and operational leadership to a project management function delivering large and mega projects across complex, high risk environments. This role ensures that projects are executed in alignment with Worley’s ambition to be recognized globally as a leader in sustainability solutions and in support of our commitment to Delivering Sustainable Change.

Operating with broad management authority, the Director drives excellence in project delivery, strengthens organizational capability, and embeds data-centric, integrated execution practices across consulting, engineering, installation, commissioning, decommissioning and remediation phases. The role partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, commercially sound, and sustainable outcomes across the asset lifecycle.
