As an HR Generalist, you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include: 

• Recruiting – phone screens, interviewing, job offers
• Maintaining personnel files
• Assists with new hire training and orientation
• Manage state licensing requirements
• Have coaching and counseling skills
• Possess top notch organization skills

Qualifications: 

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Recruiting and Employee Relations experience - 1 Year and/or equivalent 2+ experience in supervisor or managerial role
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background
