Morgan Stanley at Work is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management comprised of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Solutions, Shareworks by Morgan Stanley Equity Compensation, and Financial Wellness. Our division offers in-depth knowledge and resources focused on providing a full range of solutions that help address various institutional and employee financial challenges and complexities. This business area is also where some of the biggest acquisitions internal to financial services are housed (ex: ETRADE Solium) and hence, is a key growth area for the Firm.
The AVP role supports critical NNA focused participant marketing efforts, targeting Stock Plan Participants, including M&A, IPO, EAA and Private Markets programs.
Role will be responsible for planning directing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns and programs (80-90% email marketing). Requires ability to review campaign analysis and offer actionable recommendations to develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget. Role requires extensive coordination with business partners, legal, Marketing operations and data analytics and require stakeholder management and influence to drive initiatives forward.
Skills Required and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of email marketing, testing, and tracking of email marketing campaigns
- Basic proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Someone unafraid of learning new technologies
- Project management experience with email marketing campaign workflows
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects across functional groups
- Must have working knowledge of software packages and platforms; EXCEL, Powerpoint, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Workfront or similar.
- Bachelor's degree required, as well as 5+ years of relevant experience, marketing communications degree preferred.

Salary range for the position: 85,000 - 140,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus.
