About the role

The Manager, Campaign Planning is responsible for creating and mobilizing omni-channel marketing plans to meet sub-segment sales and revenue goals, in context of the overall Segment goals. We are seeking a manager to lead Government Risk & Risk/Fraud Partnerships campaign planning efforts.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Manager, Campaign Planning, you will:

  • Serve as a “connector” and trusted partner across TR Marketing and across the Corporates & Government Risk businesses, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into impactful, customer-centric omni-channel campaign plans
  • Understand customer personas and pain points to inform relevant, personalized campaigns for the Government Risk segment & Risk/Fraud Partnerships
  • Develop acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell marketing campaign plans when applicable to meet business objectives
  • Create initiative-specific marketing briefs and plan overviews to drive business impact
  • Mobilize digital campaign plans with cross-functional teams through thoughtful planning, integration of relevant content and effective translation into demand generation programs and activities
  • Manage budget, planning, monitoring, and reconciling spend with focus on strong ROI
  • Translate campaign performance data and analytics into actionable insights on an ongoing basis
  • Present and communicate campaign plans, learnings, optimizations, and ongoing experimentation to cross-functional stakeholders and sales teams
  • Continually monitor success of planning process and identify efficiencies, opportunities to optimize, leverage best practices, etc.


Key Deliverables:

  • Delivery of effective campaign & marketing funnel performance, from marketing qualified lead to closed sale based upon goals,
  • Build pipeline and progression opportunities through effective marketing campaigns for corresponding sales team(s)
  • Delivery of financial targets for the Government Risk segment & Risk/Fraud Partnerships
  • Ensure customer voice is infused into all campaign messaging and drives marketing actions


About You
You're a fit for the role of Manager, Campaign Planning if your background includes:

  • 5+ years in marketing planning and campaign strategy
  • BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Leader of omni-channel and digital marketing programming
  • Customer-centric, high-achieving self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere
  • Team player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization
  • Skilled at conflict resolution, solution selling and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial ‘can do’ approach with an adaptable, change-oriented mindset
  • Data driven mindset paired with a highly analytical approach
  • Experience in a matrixed and agile environment preferred
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to drive strategy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
