Worker Designation – This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

• Demonstrated strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in process improvement techniques; diagnostic and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft office suite skills are a plus.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree In Business, Management or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional job-related experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Broker market and Aflac products and processes.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Supports key activities for the National Sales Executives through collaborative discussion that results in the development of prospect sales strategies.
• Stays abreast of the teams needs by working with various internal and external partners to identify relevant trends, and other go-to-market activities that fill current gaps.
• Assist with national sales opportunities including, but not limited to presenting offerings to clients and brokers in finalist and other presentations, managing the RFP process for large case opportunities, working with underwriting and other internal teams to create attracti
