About the Role:
As the Business Analyst (Product & Technology) reporting to the SVP of Technology Strategy & Implementation, you will serve as a critical execution partner for the Product Management team. You will help our team solve complex challenges for both our ecommerce customers and internal teams, delivering an optimal customer experience and internal efficiencies. The work you do will accelerate product development across our organization.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, quality, and insights by analyzing and documenting workflows and processes, driving user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring business requirements are well-defined, tracked, and executed. This role spans horizontally across our entire product team, enabling you to contribute to initiatives that impact our entire platform.
Your Day to Day:
Data Mapping & Analysis
Analyze large datasets to distill actionable insights for Product team.
Own and execute internal data definition and mapping efforts, supporting business needs.
Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to validate data accuracy, field mappings, and system behavior.
Workflow Definition & Documentation
Work closely with subject matter experts to document and analyze workflows, processes, and technical structures.
Help translate high-level product ideas into structured documentation for Engineering and cross-functional teams in collaboration with Product Management team.
Standardize and maintain a central repository of workflows, processes, and system interactions.
User Acceptance & Implementation Success
Develop and execute test cases and UAT scenarios in collaboration with our QA team to ensure business needs are met.
Coordinate UAT feedback and drive resolution before feature launches.
Document and track issues and defects, ensuring timely resolution with Engineering teams.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Ensure high-quality product delivery by proactively identifying workflow gaps, data issues, and process inefficiencies.
Improve efficiency by standardizing documentation, workflows, and test processes across the team.
Help distill complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable product roadmap decisions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a Product
