🌞 Join Our Summer &amp; <strong>Autumn</strong>2026 Team in Tromsø! <p>Are you energetic, positive, and ready for an exciting summer experience in Tromsø?</p> <p>We are now building our <strong>Summer 2026 team</strong> and looking for motivated people who enjoy working in a dynamic environment with great colleagues and happy customers.</p> About the Position -- Front Desk Agent <p>As a <strong>Front Desk Agent</strong>, you will be responsible for managing the customer pickup experience and ensuring a smooth and professional handover of our rental vehicles (camper vans and RVs).</p> <p>This includes welcoming customers at the front desk, completing rental documentation, explaining vehicle features, and conducting handovers both inside the office and outside at the vehicle.</p> <p>You will also be responsible for:</p> <ul><li> <p>Keeping the front office tidy, organized, and presentable at all times</p> </li><li> <p>Handling phone inquiries and customer communication</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinating bookings and vehicle pickups</p> </li><li> <p>Organizing airport pickups when required</p> </li></ul> <p>This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time very busy. The right candidate should be service-minded, structured, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident working independently while also supporting the operational team when needed.</p> <p>We offer several onboarding timelines throughout the season. While the first start date is <strong>04/05</strong>, it is possible to begin later depending on availability and operational needs.
