Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$106,059.00 - $121,908.00 - $144,206.00
We are an 85-bed acute care community hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts. We provide access to the world-class doctors, treatments, diagnostics, and technology of the Baystate Health network. - Nephrology (kidney care)
- Laboratory services
- Mammography, including 3D mammography
- Obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN)
- Pulmonary medicine, including pulmonary rehabilitation
- Inpatient rehabilitation care at Bronson Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
- Urology
- Women's health, including urogynecologic care and incontinence treatment

Summary Description:
The Manager, Public Safety, is responsible for the daily management, supervision, and coordination of security and public safety operations across assigned hospital campuses and associated facilities within the health system. This position helps provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff through effective leadership, policy implementation, and collaboration with clinical, administrative, and law enforcement partners.
The Public Safety Manager oversees staffing, training, compliance, and operational performance in alignment with the organization’s mission, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
