You will be an active participant in a range of these assignments and will take leadership of smaller engagements.<br/><br/> You will work closely with senior colleagues, engaging with client executives and leadership teams in the following service areas. We don’t expect you to have all of these, but you should at least have experience in a number of them. You will personally own the delivery of some aspects of each engagement.<ul> <li> <strong>Strategy Development</strong>: Development and execution of business strategies and strategic plans, improve operations and performance, and optimise roles and responsibilities and embed sustainability.</li> <li> <strong>Organisational Design:</strong> Using established tools and methods, assist in the delivery of organisational design which may involve initiating organisational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, change leadership, stakeholder and employee engagement, large scale programme design, organisation performance, and communications.</li> <li> <strong>Change Management</strong>: Designing and executing transformation programmes that embed change in organisations.</li> <li> <strong>Data Analytics &amp; Insights</strong>: Data analysis of large and complex data sets to identify business enhancement opportunities, making meaning from data for insights and turning insights into actions</li> <li> <strong>Business Analyst:</strong> Assessing, mapping, and identifying process improvements across organisations and delivering the transition.</li> <li> <strong>Project Management &amp; Delivery</strong>: Set up, initiate, and deliver projects across a variety of industries using BDO Eaton Square and /or client project management approaches and tools.</li> </ul><br/>We are based in a Dublin City Centre office, with flexibility for remote work as we work with senior client teams in our office, at their sites and remotely.
