As a Senior Analyst, Site Activation and Deployment you will join the Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) Deployment team. STARS is part of the Air Traffic Solutions product portfolio in our Connected Aviation Solutions business unit.  

This position will support the STARS site activation lead and the Program Management Office in support of the overall performance of production, deployment and material management on STARS.

What You Will Do:

• You will facilitate execution of risk and opportunity management
• You will support contract change proposals, cost and schedule requirements
• You will participate in weekly production & staff meetings
• You will facilitate adaption to daily challenges and changes of Government requirements from Government agencies including but not limited to the FAA and DoD
• You will help to oversee, organize, and lead a team of system engineering, system production and systems installation professionals who are tasked with deploying air traffic systems and components throughout the United States and global locations.
• You will research and leverage a curation of historical deployment schedules and system and share insights through power point presentations.
• You will interface with all areas of lifecycle sustainment product team and wider STARS engineering subject matter experts.
• You will work in a hybrid role type where ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must have prior experience in production planning/material management or support
• Must have Microsoft office suite experience
• US Citizen is required as only US Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Prior cost account management and or scheduler experience
• Experience in a professional role which requires self-starting and prioritization of tasking from one or multiple management points of contact
• Understanding of MRP, including demand and change management
