About the role

The academic faculty position has the primary purpose of teaching for the CSON program(s) and on-site instruction may include teaching in CSON traditional track or the LVN to RN track. The position may also provide discipline specific knowledge and expertise to assist their local/regional teams as a consultative resource as needed for special projects, initiatives or issues. This is a unique and challenging position, with distinct and separate opportunities for both academic immersion and operational involvement, participation and contribution.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Master's degree in Nursing,
Upon hire: Current Registered Nurse License in the appropriate state of employment of service

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: ph.D. or D.N.P. or other nursing related terminal degree.
Upon hire: National certification for designated program
Experience developing curriculum and documented experience in program evaluation.
Documented success teaching in higher education.
Program management, project management and accreditation experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
