In this role, you’ll be solving very complex problems and streamlining processes internally for our stakeholders &amp; externally for our customers </p><h3>What you’ll do…</h3><ul> <li>Support the Product Roadmap – Assist in defining priorities and breaking down features.</li> <li>Conduct Market &amp; User Research – Gather insights to help improve the product.</li> <li>Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.</li> <li>Analyze Data – Track key metrics and suggest improvements based on data.</li> <li>Solve complex problems &amp; simplify across departmental </li> </ul><h3>What we're looking for…</h3><ul> <li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Expertise in developing and executing product strategies, including market analysis, competitive research, and defining product roadmaps.</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs to drive product performance and decision-making.</li> <li>Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions.</li> <li>Proven ability to mentor and develop other product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.</li> <li>AI knowledge or experience in building products using AI is a big plus </li> </ul><h3>What we offer…</h3><ul> <li>Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
