You may be ready to join us.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Works on RFP/RFI/RFQ responses to understand business needs</li><li>Works on projects as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner</li><li>Clearly communicates business needs of the client to development teams</li><li>Clearly communicates solutions to business needs to client</li><li>Creates and maintains business needs documentation</li><li>Advocates and uses Business Analysis techniques. Educates the client and teams if required</li><li>Equally comfortably works in Agile and Waterfall project setups</li><li>Participates in project governance responsible for requirements traceability</li><li>Occasionally travels to client locations for sales pitches</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>University degree or equivalent</li><li>Domain knowledge in one or more of the following is an advantage: Retail, Automotive, Telecom, CPG</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English.</li><li>Strong soft skills and ability to listen is a must</li></ul>
