How to contribute to our vision

As our new Working Student, you will be a part of an international team in the Equipment organization, where teamplay matters.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Worker to join our dynamic Engineering team located in Vejle and Brande. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with internal stakeholders and participate in a variety of administrative tasks that are vital to our operations.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Engineering, administration, economics or similar.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Are bachelor or Master’s degree student, preferably in the first semester in business administration, economics, engineering or similar with a structured and service minded mentality   

• Are a proactive and flexible self-starter with an eye for details  

• Are fluent in English both written and verbally   

• Master Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point and Power Apps

• Assist in organizing meetings and preparing presentation materials.

• Have great analytical and research skills  

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Have great communication skills to interact with stakeholders  

• Available to support us 16-25 hours per week

Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office at least 2 times a week.

How to contribute to our vision 

As student you will support the Equipment Engineering team, with but not limited to the following topics: 

• Support team leads and Expert with their daily tasks 

• Development of PowerBI solution to reflect KPIs

• Provide administrative support  

• Support on sharepoint activities and guidelines

• Make training videos/guides for general processes (ECN process as an example

• Make presentations / slides

• Excel support

• Power apps, power automate, RPA

• Maintain KPI report (ECN cycle times)

• Assist in meetings and workshops (e.g. planning, facilitation and minutes of meetings)    

• Ad hoc tasks
