The Senior Compliance Professional ensures compliance with governmental requirements. The Senior Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Compliance Professional develops and implements compliance policies and procedures for new legal and regulatory requirements. Researches compliance issues and recommends changes to ensure adherence to new compliance obligations. Maintains relationships with diverse internal departments to create uniform impact assessment and resolution approaches. Coordinates project requirements and design to create project action plans. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments and work is performed without direction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or advanced degree
• Audit or consulting experience
• Experience with metrics and reporting

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$84,600 - $116,300 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
