Job Summary:

As the People & Places Operations & Engagement Partner you will be pivotal in enhancing HR operations. You will develop and implement engagement initiatives, analyze survey data to drive actions and deliver training on new processes. Your role includes overseeing content management, coordinating key operational forums, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals. Additionally, you will support project management, create executive content, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes.
  • Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements.
  • Partner with various departments to understand business trends.
  • Drive business or process improvements within the function.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Promote transparent reporting and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics and evaluating progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 8+ years’ experience in combination of operations, human capital, strategy planning, consulting, and/or an equivalent field. This role requires domain expertise in HR operations, employee engagement strategies, communication principles, data analysis, and content development
  • Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate operating forums and key meetings
  • Proficiency in monitoring and tracking progress against key performance metrics, with strong analytical skills for providing insights and recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with communication teams to create and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Proven track record in creating compelling executive content, including presentations, reports, and communication materials, with strong storytelling skills.
  • Ability to evaluate existing HR processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement process enhancements.
