Job Title: Residential/ Commercial Assembler

Company: Manufacturing of residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment equipment and systems. 

1st shift: Full-Time: M-TH, 6:30am – 4:30pm

Job location: Racine, WI

Salary: $19.00

Job type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities [include but are not limited to]:

• Work within a team

• Interpret engineering blueprints

• Assemble product, sub-assemblies, and parts

• Build, adjust, repair, or rework as required for quality and conformance

• Use power tools like drills and saws, hand tools, tape measure, and levels

• Able to lift team-lift 100 lbs. lift at times throughout the day

• Follow company procedures and directives

• Maintain tools used for assembly

• Keep area clean and well maintained

Requirements

• Results Oriented

• Quality workmanship in conformance with information provided and/or department standards.

• Wiring should be neat, tie wrapped, and tagged accurately within each enclosure.

• Work with the team to meet deadlines set to meet customer commitments, internal and external.

• Dependable, independent, responsive, and collaborative.

• Team oriented individual willing to work with a variety of stakeholders and departments.

• Proven judgement and decision making ability.
