Director, Product Management - Services 
 
The Role 

We are looking for a an accomplished, customer obsessed and results oriented Product Management leader to help grow PlayStation's presence in the subscription and loyalty space.  

 

Join a growing and agile team, where you will help set the vision for the organization and drive execution across a variety of projects.  

 
Responsibilities 

  • Develop and deliver the strategic vision for increasing retention of PlayStation members across PlayStation Plus and Stars services. 

  • Develop and articulate a product roadmap based on the aligned strategic vision. Prioritize features based on product strategy and global business goals. 

  • Orchestrate competitive analysis, market, and user research to define user journey and satisfaction metrics to champion the voice of the customer. 

  • Comprehend and communicate the competitive landscape as it affects PlayStation services. 

  • Develop strategic OKRs for PlayStation Plus and Stars and align on targets with partner teams. 

  • Deeply collaborate with design and engineering teams to build solutions that are compelling, easy to use and realistic to implement. 

  • Partner with global sales and marketing teams to facilitate the Product team’s domain expertise and to support the go-to-market planning, positioning, messaging, and content. 

  • Understand and communicate effectively how your product is used in market, based on customer feedback, research, and data to large audiences. 

  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to create a customer-centric, compliant and optimized experience. 

  • Partner with data teams to set effective measurement frameworks all along services’ lifecycle. Ensure features are backed by important metrics, and that success is measured on an ongoing basis. 

  • Lead a team of product managers and develop their skills and capabilities. 

  • Be a champion of PlayStation's cultural values - driving innovation and collaboration at all levels. 

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience 

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management. 

  • 5+ years leadership and people management experience 

  • Experience in gaming, loyalty, loyalty, membership, and/or subscription-based products preferred. 

  • Demonstrable experience developing long-term, multi-year product strategies, and product roadmaps. Experience with agile product development. 

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. 

  • Consistent track record in thinking strategically, working collaboratively and leading the delivery of complex and highly impactful projects. 

  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making, with proven attention to detail.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
