Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, People Leader Enablement to deliver innovative learning and enablement solutions to help busy people leaders thrive in a fast‑moving, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who blends deep expertise in leadership or talent development with strong fluency in AI‑enabled digital solutions.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, learning design, and program delivery—creating practical, scalable solutions that people leaders can apply directly in the flow of their daily work to lead talent and teams in a complex, matrixed organization.

Why This Role Matters

People leaders are pivotal to achieving Visa’s strategy. In this role, you’ll shape the leadership culture and behavior shifts we need to grow our business. Your work will directly impact how leaders build, know, and grow high-performing teams and prepare talent for the futures.

What You’ll Do

Design & Deliver Leader Development

  • Design and deliver end‑to‑end leader development experiences that are practical, scalable, and embedded in real work
  • Translate business strategy, culture, and leadership expectations into clear, actionable development solutions
  • Apply adult learning and behavior‑change principles to drive measurable impact

Enable AI‑Powered Learning in the Flow of Work

  • Leverage digital platforms, AI‑enabled tools, and data insights to integrate learning into daily workflows
  • Stay current on learning technology and AI trends, evolving solutions as needs change
  • Partner cross‑functionally with PBPs, Talent COEs, People Analytics, and Technology to pilot and scale new approaches

Partner, Influence, and Drive Adoption

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people leader capability and development strategy
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess needs and align solutions to priorities
  • Influence outcomes without formal authority and lead change efforts to drive adoption and engagement

Navigate Ambiguity & Measure Impact

  • Operate effectively in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments
  • Balance long‑term strategy with near‑term execution
  • Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve programs and measure business impact

What Success Looks Like

  • Leaders consistently apply new skills in real work, not just training settings
  • Development solutions are widely-adopted, scalable, and measurable
  • Stakeholders actively co‑own leader development efforts
  • Learning experiences evolve as quickly as the business and technology landscape

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
