You will ensure our MDM capabilities, workflows, and integrations deliver maximum value, support enterprise data standards, and enable consistent, accurate, and governed data across systems. You will serve as the MDM Product Principal for an agile delivery team, breaking down epics into actionable stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring features meet enterprise data quality and governance requirements.

  • Own and manage the product backlog for your MDM domain

  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring stories are “dev ready.”

  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and cross-domain impact

  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization activities

  • Ensure stories meet the Definition of Done, including validation of data quality rules and user acceptance criteria

Cross‑Functional Delivery & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner with business stakeholders, data stewards, and governance teams to gather feedback and refine requirements

  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and feature outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
