What You’ll Do

This role is more than just recruitment—you’ll help shape the future of our team by:
✅ Sourcing and engaging top talent in the fields of Data and Digital, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
✅ Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' skills, potential, and cultural fit
✅ Partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with team needs
✅ Building and maintaining a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs
✅ Ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing to the inducting interview (you’ll be trained on the rest)
✅ Enhancing employer branding efforts to attract talent from all backgrounds
✅ Expanding partnerships with universities through campus recruitment, job fairs, and internships
✅ Leveraging AI & recruitment technologies Using Teamtailor and Odoo to streamline processes and ensure fair hiring practices
✅ Tracking and improving hiring performance to ensure quality hires

What You Bring

🔹 Previous experience conducting interviews and sourcing candidates
🔹 Ability to manage the full recruitment process (sourcing to conducting interviews). The rest? We’ll train you!
🔹 Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus!)
🔹 Strong interpersonal & communication skills—you connect with people effortlessly
🔹 A recruitment mindset: sociability, adaptability, and the ability to recognize talent beyond just resumes
🔹 A growth mindset—you’re curious, open to new ideas, and eager to innovate

🔹 A passion for technology and digital innovation, with a curiosity about how data-driven hiring can improve recruitment strategies
