Senior FP&A Manager II (Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Manager FP&A II to help shape our all-in-one privacy solution and join our mission to show the world that protecting your privacy online can be simple.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will help lead FP&A and strategic finance initiatives, partnering across functional teams to help drive key business decisions for a growing, high-performing, privacy-focused technology company. You'll optimize the financial forecasting and reporting processes, surface business risks, and identify opportunities to help our business grow and reach its potential. You'll lead with an entrepreneurial mindset and develop our organization's long-range plan, business partnering, perform ad hoc modeling, peer benchmarking, and implement future FP&A software.

You'll work with leaders across the business to ensure any issues across the company are solved, collaborating openly, transparently and autonomously. What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance (FP&A, management consulting, accounting, etc). Experience in leadership roles a plus.
  
• Deep understanding of ad-based and subscription business models a plus. Public company experience a plus.
• An expert in financial modeling with aptitude to develop financial models and analysis, leveraging advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial planning tools like Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan a plus.
• Ability to help support financial and valuation modeling for M&A transactions and other strategic investments.
• Comfort with creating dashboards to track key metrics and business performance. Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, and Sage Intacct experience a plus.
• Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects from proposal through postmortem — you act with urgency to lead and close tight feedback loops in projects.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills to wrangle vague problems in cross-functional teams, propose innovative and high-impact solutions, and execute them with a strong focus on metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you're innovative, organized, and thorough, with the growth mindset to receive and act on direct feedback effectively.
• Prior experience with corporate accounting and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• At least 4 hours of overlap with East Coast working hours each day.
