What you will do:
- Sales Onboarding & Systems Training: Play a key role in onboarding new sales employees
- Ongoing Sales Team Support: Act as a go-to resource for the sales team—answering questions, troubleshooting data issues, and helping them better utilize tools and dashboards in their day-to-day work.
- Build & Maintain Dashboards: Create and manage Power BI dashboards to track sales performance, customer activity, and key business KPIs.
- Analyze Business Trends: Review historical sales data, customer behavior, and inventory patterns to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Partner Across the Business: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced Excel and other tools to automate reporting and answer business questions quickly.
- Support Digital & Omnichannel Growth: Help drive adoption of Cooper’s digital tools and support broader digital transformation initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
- Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
- Strong curiosity — someone who asks “why” and wants to dig deeper
- Willingness to travel occasionally to branch locations for onboarding and training support
- Willingness to learn

Salary Range: Varies based on experience.
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Work Hours: M-F, 8am - 5 pm
