Consultant, Business Consulting, Transformation Design & Execution (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1606928), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ. 

 

Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across a variety of industries. Work with clients to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions, that include multiple capabilities such as demand intake, demand prioritization, budget allocation, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/portfolio/transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, value planning & realization, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via reporting & dashboards. Lead engagement teams in providing clients with maturity assessments, current vs. future state and corresponding gap analysis and target operating model design. Design governance models (including Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Enterprise Program Management Offices (EPMOs) or Program Management Offices (PMOs).  
 
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, and 8 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience. 
 
Must have 7 years of experience leading business functions in at least one of the following areas:  
- Business or technology consulting  
- transformation Program/PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design 
- process design and re-engineering 
- maturity assessment 
- capability roadmap development 
- end-to-end technology 
- business change implementation 
- PPM Technology design and implementation. 
 
Must have 5 years of experience in the commercial sector. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in engagement financial planning and/or management. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience supporting business development efforts, in the RPF process including Response, Research, Proposal, Client Presentation, and Pricing or SOW drafting. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience leading and developing a team of consulting professionals, including counselling, and mentoring junior level consultants. 
 
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
