Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Retail Organization from a data perspective and acting as the single point of contact for all data related needs. This position is responsible for mining and retrieving data from various sources and consolidating the data into manageable formats.

This position will focus up to 60% of the time on supporting the Sales Quality program. This includes using data to investigate and idenity fraudulent sales practices, and monitoring and reporting on quality of sales with a focus on churn, revenue, CLV, lifecycle, cross-channel movement and more.

This position will focus approximtaley 40% of the time on supporting new initiatives, researching data to support the channel, and partning with cross-funtional teams on ad-hoc data requests (via alignment with Retail Strategy Director).

This position will partner with EBI and cross-functional groups to identify where raw data exists and how to join multiple data sources together. All data needs to be retrieved and analyzed from a quality assurance perspective to ensure data integrity. To accomplish this, a thorough understanding of the business is required to properly assess the final output and ensure accuracy before distributing to field partners.

This position will support daily and weekly ongoing data operations for the channel and will inform channel leaders on operational business decisions.

The ideal candidate will a self-started with the ability to operate independently when needed and partner with key stakeholders as necessary.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the Weekly Retail performance report.
  • Develop sub channel sales performance dashboards for Indirect, 3PL, and all new future sales programs.
  • Proactively explore and research retail business trends to identify opportunities, trends, and anomalies that impact the business.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to supply business insights for new and existing initiatives including Xfinity Rewards in retail, base management and retention, sales enablement, CE&I and more.
  • Handle retail intakes for ad-hoc requests for new business development including real estate and construction, branded partner, indirect sales and more.
  • Support LRP technology initiatives with research and insights to support pilots.
  • Act as subject matter expert for retail DataMart
  • Act as subject matter expert for all EBI tables impacting retail including OMDM, NSD, channel/subchannel analysis, Rosetta, and more.
  • Troubleshoot/problem solve data issues through research and partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales operations for sales quality dashboards and analysis
  • Build interactive dashboards to support the channel with QC analysis
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
