The Opportunity:

As the TPM for QA, you will partner with engineering, QA DevOps, and product teams to drive technical programs focused on automation, infrastructure, release health, and platform quality. Your role is critical to ensuring our systems deliver high performance, low latency, and regulatory compliance across digital advertising ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional technical programs aimed at enhancing automated testing frameworks, quality infrastructure, and release processes for our Ad Tech platforms

• Drive cross-team alignment to implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable test infrastructure

• Collaborate with engineers, QAs, and DevOps to improve test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, and defect detection

• Define, track, and report quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, test stability, release health) to stakeholders

• Identify gaps in testing processes or infrastructure and implement solutions to mitigate quality risks

• Manage program roadmaps, schedules, and technical dependencies across teams

• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within engineering teams

• Partner with teams to address quality concerns across ad delivery pipelines, measurement systems, and integrations with third-party platforms

• Coordinate initiatives to enhance compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, data privacy) impacting quality and reliability

• Support readiness for production releases by ensuring robust quality gates and automated test coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, test infrastructure and release engineering

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in large-scale engineering environments

• Strong understanding of software quality principles, test automation, CI/CD, and release engineering

• Ability to dive deep into technical discussions and collaborate with engineers on system-level improvements

• Hands-on knowledge of testing frameworks, performance validation, and reliability tooling (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, custom test infrastructure)

• Experience working with SDETs, QA teams, and engineering leadership to drive quality improvements

• Prior experience in scaling QA operations at large scale organizations

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

• Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
